Awards on Fontaine — "Indian"

Because of the activity surrounding the ambush, several men won awards for valor, and on 25 April 1971 an awards ceremony was held on FSB Fontaine.
Among those decorated was a man Jim Garvin knew as "Indian" — Gary Collins — a very good friend, credited with bringing the squad back to safety.
